About me
Lawyer · Bucharest
Creative Thinking. Strategic Lawyering.

For international clients, I offer something rare in the Romanian market: a lawyer who understands both the technical complexity of EU procurement law and the practical realities of how tenders, challenges, and disputes actually unfold in Romania. I advise foreign companies bidding on Romanian public contracts, international organisations navigating administrative litigation, and businesses structuring their commercial operations in Romania.
My approach is direct, commercially aware, and built around what clients actually need to achieve — not just legal compliance. When a matter requires specialist input, I work with a trusted network of peers across tax, IP, employment, and regulatory law.
I am a lawyer with over 15 years of experience, having worked in major law firms as well as in-house. I chose to move towards an independent practice, tailored to my own working style, where I combine legal rigour with authenticity and a personal approach, adapted to each client.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest (2006–2010) and completed the professional training programme at INPPA. I have been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2011.
The experience gained in diverse professional environments — top law firms, corporate legal departments and independent practice — gives me a comprehensive perspective on my clients' legal needs.
Philosophy
In a legal world dominated by large and impersonal structures, I chose a different path. I work directly with each client — no intermediaries, no juniors taking over the file, no surprises. This means direct communication, consistency in approach and a relationship built on trust.
I believe in complete transparency: the client always knows where their case stands, what the options are, what risks exist and what to expect. My approach combines the rigour of legal analysis with strategic thinking and the empathy needed to truly understand the situation behind the legal issue.
Expertise
Four core practice areas, complemented by a trusted network of collaborators for complex or multidisciplinary projects.
CNSC challenges, court complaints, damages, negotiation and execution of public procurement contracts. Experience in the defence sector and EU-funded projects.
Representation before all Romanian courts, including the Constitutional Court, ECHR and CJEU. Mediation and pre-litigation negotiation.
Company incorporation, legal opinions, bespoke contracts, NDAs, terms and conditions, partnerships and corporate restructuring.
Legal audits, HR documentation, reorganisations, disciplinary procedures, dismissals, collective bargaining and management contracts.
Extended expertise through collaborators
Collaborative network
When projects require a larger team or expertise in a complementary field, I collaborate with a trusted network of professionals — vetted lawyers and specialists — to provide complete, coherent and high-quality support.
The client keeps a single point of contact and benefits from the coordination of the entire team. This approach combines the advantages of a sole practice — personalised attention, flexibility, transparent costs — with the resources needed for complex projects.

The main practice areas are public procurement (CNSC challenges, court complaints, contract execution), corporate law and company formation, litigation and dispute resolution (all courts, ECHR, CJEU), and employment law. Through a network of collaborators, we also cover intellectual property, commercial law, administrative law, creative industries, medical malpractice and NGOs.
A sole practitioner offers a key advantage: you work directly with your lawyer, not with a junior team member. This means direct communication, consistency in approach and a relationship built on trust. When projects require a larger team, I collaborate with a vetted network of specialists, combining personalised attention with the resources of an extended team.
Yes. I provide full legal services in both Romanian and English, including document drafting, contract negotiation and representation before authorities and courts. This is relevant for international clients, foreign-owned companies and cross-border transactions.
The first meeting is an assessment of your legal situation. Together we establish whether there is a basis for collaboration, what the available options are and what the next steps would be. The consultation can take place at the office or online, via video call.
An honest conversation is the first step towards a good solution.
